Cub's list of stuff that needs to be done in order to fix some lag!

This is for Hobovitch, because I love him (teehee).
1. In the Bukkit.yml file in the root of the server, there is an option called "ping-packet limit". Set this to 0 so that users ping levels (which is the green bars next to a players name in the TAB menu) are not recorded, thus reducing lag.
2. In the server.properties file, make "view-distance" set to 6 or 7. Don't go below this as that will make it hard to find things
