What brings the price so high?
That's crazy for a computer.

Did you see the CPU and GPU? the CPU alone is like $1,500 and the graphics cards area $800 each. This is a steal when I compared it to building it myself (saved me $200!).

No, you don't need any dual system crap unless you're deciding to run a server in there as well or a goliath array

cublikefoot wrote:Internal USB Extension Module: NZXT Internal USB 6-PORT Expansion Module [+19]

Why the hell do you need more USB ports, are you planning on having like 6 mice and keyboards? wtf is wrong with you

cublikefoot wrote:Neon Light Upgrade: Flexible LED Interior Light Strip [+19] (Red Color)

$19 for a light is much you can get cheaper

cublikefoot wrote:Extra Case Fan Upgrade: Maximum 120MM Color Case Cooling Fans for your selected case [+15] (Green Color)

Red light and then a green fan? Are you fucking colour blind or just retarded.

cublikefoot wrote:CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-3960X Extreme Edition Six-Core 3.30 GHz 15MB Intel Smart Cache LGA2011

Probably better off going for xeons for that price, get a i7 2700k

Do it your fucking self and quit being lazy enough to pay a mexican to do nothing.

32gb

Take away, lets say - 24gb of that, and it'll still run the same, unless your planning to run about 2/3 high end games at once..?

No, you don't need any dual system crap unless you're deciding to run a server in there as well or a goliath array

- Actually, I am running a server for my dad's business.

Why the hell do you need more USB ports, are you planning on having like 6 mice and keyboards? wtf is wrong with you

- My current computer has 10 ports, all of them used with 2 of them being expansions.

$19 for a light is much you can get cheaper

- Actually, I just wanted this to make the case look cool ;o

Red light and then a green fan? Are you fucking colour blind or just retarded.

- My 2 favorite colors! Problem?

Probably better off going for xeons for that price, get a i7 2700k

- Like I said, I'm running a small server.

Do it your fucking self and quit being lazy enough to pay a mexican to do nothing.

- Even if I removed this upgrade, the price would not change. So why not?

No, bad newbie, buy the wc parts seperatly and assemble them yourself.

- Cub is lazy.

No, no, no, 2011 socket boards may look flashy but you're not even going to use half the potential.

- Maybe when I get my third graphics card...

You
will
never
ever
use
32GB
of
RAM
EVER

Not ever 16GB

Get like 8GB

- I currently have 16 GB and it is constantly being used to the point where I have 4GB to myself.

Fine but you could just wait for the 690 to come out, just get 1 for now and get another if you actually need it. The 680 is a fucking powerhouse you don't need 2 yet.

- I am actually waiting for the 690 before I buy this cheers

Alright another good one, maybe you aren't completely stupid.

- With Tri-SLI in the future, I did not want to turn down this deal...

Fine, these are all pretty easy to choose, can't really go wrong.

- 1 for the OS, the other 2 for programs/games!

OK why the **** 2 disk drives? That Blu-ray one should do everything you need it to.

- There are several occasions in which I needed to use 2 (or 3!) optical drives, whether that be burning something while installing something off of a disc while watching a movie, although not likely to happen.

No, Bad newbie again, you don't need a soundcard unless you are producing music, and **** xonar, if you have to get a sound card always get creative.

- I do make my own dubstep, and I will take your suggestion on using Creative.

1680x1050? You kidding me? Get 19201080 or i'ma have to smack a hoe.

- I am not using this monitor with this computer, this is just so I can replace my other 3 monitors (on my current computer) with this one so this one can have a monitor and I can have my other 3 with my new computer, all at 1920x1080...

You wanted a sound card then chose a 2.0 speaker set? really?

- Same as above ^ not using these for this computer, just wanted to buy everything at once.

that's fine, killer cards are pretty good but really not necessary at all.

- I'm sure this will come in handy.

Fine this is all down to taste. (except infrared, **** that, get laser)

- Also, I am not using these for this new computer, these are just to take the place of the hardware I am taking from my current computer.

Speed is stupid get control.

- I don't see why not.

wait, you chose a killer 2100 and then a wireless stick? Do you want me to hurt you.

- Also, another thing to replace on my current computer. Not using for this new one.

Bluetooth? does anyone even use that anymore?

- You'd be surprised.

Good if you actually have cameras and devices that you need it for.

- It came free, why not ;D

NO! Corsair headsets are bad, get Logitech.

- And why do you think this?

Pr0's use linux. (nah this is fine)

- I prefer Windows, I already have 2 Linux-based desktops.

$10 for thermal paste?

Whatever man.

- This actually comes free.

NO NO NO, do it yourself!

- Same as above ^ this comes free (this or rush service.)

Thank you for your suggestions.

Also, money is not an issue here. I'm getting this paid for by my dad's business. He wanted to get me a nice computer that can also be used as a server every once in a while. He'll let me use it so long as I pitch in $2,000. ^^
